Can I view the studios or suites?

Unfortunately, as Colour Suites is currently being built, we cannot accommodate viewings.

What should I bring with me when I move in?

Your personal belongings! Your room is fully furnished and equipped, so you just need your bedding, towels, kitchen utensils, and an Ethernet cable.

What is included in my rent?

The quick answer is everything! All your utility bills (electricity (up to 75 Eur a month), high-speed broadband and Wi-Fi, TV & free channels, communal expenses and municipal taxes are included. Use of facilities, 24hr CCTV, maintenance service is also included in our all-inclusive rates.

What is not included in my rent?

The laundry of your clothes, the car park and any snacks and drinks from the vending machines are at your own cost.

What is included in the studio?

Can I redecorate the studio?

You can add your personal touch to your studio but you are not allowed to proceed with any permanent alterations and/or modifications without asking for permission from the Landlord.
To avoid any damage charges please make sure that you leave the room in the same condition that it was given to you except normal wear and tear.

Can I bring electrical appliances?

High voltage devices, such as portable heaters or microwaves might cause problems. So, please ask the landlord before bringing any device in the room.

What is the Residents’ Portal?

Think of the Residents Portal as your online tool for the building. You can use it anytime to view your financial statement, make payment of rent, refer to your inventory list, report maintenance issues

What happens if I have a maintenance problem?

In case you have a maintenance issue, just submit a maintenance request through the Residents Portal and we’ll sort it out. For emergency cases you can notify us by phone (99-xyzxyz) or email

Can I have family/friends stay in my room overnight?

The studios are rented for single occupancy. For overnight stays, one guest can stay with you for a maximum of 3 consecutive nights and not more than two times throughout a month.

Who is cleaning the common area?

It’s our cleaning staff’s responsibility to clean daily all the communal areas like hallways, lifts, gym and reception area.

Are pets allowed?

We love pets but unfortunately, they are not permitted at Colour Suites.

Can I smoke in my room?

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas and under the terms and conditions if you’re caught to smoke in your room, you’ll be imposed a fine.
All rooms have a private balcony or veranda, where you are allowed to smoke.

When will I get my deposit back?

Provided that you don’t break anything, and you follow all the terms and conditions. Deposit will be refunded within 7 working days after check-out
